Last night on the new BBC Channel, ‘The Nine” led on this matter setting it in the context of how well Scotland has done with this problem, followed by an interview with a representative – a PROFESSOR, no less! – of Medics against Violence.

This morning GMS did a piece which was much less fulsome with Hayley Miller adopting her customary sceptical and condescending tone.

So, the point you have made on another post that there are people making decisions in the BBC on the ‘construction of reality’ is plausible. The GMS/Reporting Scotland complex appears to be where it is located. At present, the ‘Nine’ team seem to be adopting a much more balanced and informative approach, which is actually JOURNALISTIC rather than propaganda.
