Are Scottish Tories seeking SNP help to scupper their own leadership election?

Yesterday, at Holyrood, Michelle Ballantyne seemed to be asking the Scottish Government to introduce a ban which, if applied across the UK, would prevent the Tory leadership election from taking place:

TuS constitutional expert, Professor Cutlass, was pessimistic given that the Conservative Party is not a Scottish party and thus not subject to Scottish Law.

Hot air balloons at that. The Boris Blimp being the biggest. Though Ruthie cannot be far behind on the hot air count!

Although not standing, she gets the usual BBC “gush” while Sajid Javid bums her up to —–
“do the same for Westminster as she has for Holyrood”.

That’ll be lose election after election, and playing hide’n’seek with the media when tough questions arise.

Journalist to Boris at his “launch”.
“Have you ever done anything illegal, Mr Johnson”?

“Eh, I’m bringing this press conference to an end”!

Queue uproar!—-This clown is favourite (among Tories) to become the UK’s Prime Minister.
    A crook, a fraud, a misogynist, a liar, a Scotophobe, anti-Muslim, a racist, a cheat, a double-dealing Pinocchio—those are just his good points.
