There were 26 489 attendances at Scotland’s A&E departments in the week ending 29th April 2018. 90.6% or 24 000 were seen within four hours.
NHS Scotland continues to fight to reach its targets. NHS England has been told to just give up. See:

Is the Scottish target not 4 hours to be seen, examined, triaged, discharge or admitted for further treatment?
