Eleanor Bradford Gets Ratty: Follow-up to previous posting

Good evening John
Sorry to bother you again. I sent an email to Eleanor Bradford regarding Scottish NHS coming top of the A&E statistics.
Please see her email below.
I am at a loss as to how the BBC can self impose a news blackout on what is a matter of public interest.
Would like to take this further as Eleanor is as good as taunting me to complain.
But before I take further action your opinion would be valued
Kind Regards

Dear Mr Thomson,
I have no plans to report on the performance of the NHS regarding December’s A&E waiting times, for the reasons I set out in my previous email.  I have adopted the same criteria for reporting waiting times for the last 15 years, whether the NHS was being run by the SNP or a Labour/Lib Dem coalition.
If you are still dissatisfied with this approach, please send your complaint to the BBC’s complaints department who will be happy to investigate.  You can contact them here:  http://www.bbc.co.uk/complaints/
Best wishes,
Eleanor Bradford

Dear Eleanor
Further to your reply regarding my questions about Prof Robertson’s statement.
I expect nothing less from yourself and BBC Scotland to headline this exceptional performance from the Scottish NHS out preforming the rest of the UK. It is a credit to the staff, management and strategic direction from the Scottish government.  It has all the credentials you mentioned to warrant maximum exposure on all BBC outlets, in particular Good Morning Scotland.  Failure to do this would nullify your explanation and further the suspicion of your political leanings influencing what your broadcast.
I await development in the next 48 hours with interest.
