Murphy’s law or egg on his face again? Jim Murphy’s consultancy falls short of FTSE 100 status. Don’t laugh. Oh, OK, just a wee chortle then.

According to the Herald, ex Scottish Labour Leader, Jim Murphy’s Arden Strategies made him barely £10 a day. Luckily for him he’s getting work with Tony Blair’s more lucrative Institute for Global Change.

Frankly, I’m surprised that a former party leader is not in more demand. Could it be because he didn’t do so well? Arden Strategies clearly didn’t have the same cachet as Elizabeth Arden Perfume.

After its first year, Arden Strategies made a profit of £3 692.

According to the Herald: ‘Mr Murphy did not respond to a request for comment.’

What next, ‘Dugdale Directions’? Rennie Solutions? Davidson……?

Ugh, that brings forth unpleasant imagery John (re Ruth comment!). You are meant to be having NICE thoughts!

While I was browsing that Scot parliament declaration of interests document, I noticed a few people had NONE. Interesting, I thought to myself, when I got to Jackson Carlaw, that he has nothing to declare (msps put in membership to local clubs and all sorts quite often). Curious. Most Tories are declaring shares and houses galore – >200K worth – (can’t remember who it was, declared a property of <100K worth, a green or an SNP MSP) – so I looked him up on good ol' wiki, and in years gone by he had 2 motor trade businesses, one went into liquidation, the other into receivership: I admit to a bit of a chuckle. I think his failures have already been brought into the public domain, but I hadn't paid attention. But, is that someone we really want having a say in running our country??

Murphy gives me the creeps. *shiver*

Quick. Think of think of cute little baby fluffy bunnies cavorting around. Do NOT think of them with sharp teeth cruelly ripping apart baby lettuces.

Could it be “The Right Honourable” Skelator asked for cash and didn’t declare. . . Or is he just Fekin useless.

Is it true Jim is now planning to launch a new egg-based product in the USA with the trading name of “Murphy’s Slaw'” (N.B. First cracked in 2014).
